Mark Moore is CEO and co-founder of One True Media, where he is responsible for the vision, business and
product strategy as well as the teams and systems needed to execute on them. Throughout his career, Mark
has worked as an innovator on the development of products that can be applied to One True Media's mission;
scalable systems, media servers, online music, and information appliances.
Mark was a founding member of three start-ups, Listen.com, MilleCom, and Diba, Inc., where he built
successful development and web operations teams. At Oracle Corporation, Mark began his career developing
that company's Media Server and database kernel.
Before One True Media, Mark was EVP of products and services at Niku Corporation (acquired by Computer
Associates in 2005), a producer of IT Management and Governance solutions.
Mark has a BS in
computer science from Northwestern University. He holds a patent for a Media Server and has a patent
pending for Information Appliance Architecture.
John Love
Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder
John Love, COO and co-founder of One True Media is responsible for building and managing the company's internal and financial operations. Prior to One True Media, John spent six years as an executive with Niku Corporation where he started and ran several divisions including Professional Services and Development Operations. Previous to Niku, John was a Principal at American Management Systems, an international information technology consulting firm.
John has an MBA in Strategic Management and Information Technology from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, and a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Ian Lovejoy
Chief Technical Officer
As CTO at One True Media, Ian Lovejoy is responsible for designing, developing and refining One True Media’s
patent pending video technology.
Prior to OTM, Ian was Chief Technologist at Ofoto, Inc., (now Kodak Easy Share), the online photo sharing
and printing site. Ofoto is the world’s largest photofinishing site, supporting millions of active users and
a huge volume of online ordering daily. At Ofoto, Ian provided architectural leadership to develop a
globally distributed system that is reliable, cost effective, and massively scalable. Prior to Ofoto, Ian
served in leadership roles at a host of other technology focused companies, including ABT Corporation and
General Nanotechnology, one of the first nanotech companies.
Ian studied Physics at the California Institute of Technology and the University of California at Berkeley.
Ken Wang
Vice President, Product Management
Ken is the Vice President of Product Management of One True Media responsible for overall product
definition and roadmap.
Previously, Ken was Director of Product Management at Collabrys, Inc, (acquired by E-centives), a
provider of interactive email and referral marketing solutions. He oversaw implementation and operations of
the technology platform serving over 12 million consumers on behalf of several leading brands in the
consumer products, healthcare and financial services industries.
Prior to Collabrys, Ken was an early employee of Niku Corporation where he served as Director of Product
Management. There, he built and managed teams that introduced several new products including an internet
portal that provided a hosted project management solution for independent consultants, an extranet product
to extend the reach of enterprises into their partner networks, and enterprise project collaboration
products.
Ken began his career at Oracle Corporation where he developed the first graphical user interface applications
to manage Oracle database servers. He was also a Product Line Manager for several client-server tools and
applications at Oracle. Ken's experience also includes positions at Apple Computer as an Evangelist for
third-party solutions on the Newton personal digital assistant, and Netscape Communications as a Business
Development Manager where he managed licensing of platform technologies.
Ken received an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and a BS in
Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
